Leslie Williams
Leslie Williams Hello All! My name is Leslie Williams and I have been working with children across the developmental spectrum for over ten years. I have a background in Elementary Education with a focus on language development. I also have an Infant Toddler certification. If given the chance to work with your family, I will come to your family’s home and, work with your child directly in their natural play area where they feel safe, secure and familiar within their normal environment. It is important that you and your child are comfortable weather services are provided in your home or daycare.

I aim to provide parents with the resources needed to ensure that every member of the process understands the therapy goals and how they benefit the child. We will use materials available within your home to aid in your child’s goals. We will discuss resources available within the local community, such as play groups, cultural liaisons, library events, and educational opportunities.

Therapy goals may include games or interactions that improve language and motor skills, how to establish routines, and effective reactions to misbehavior. Outcomes expected to be achieved for your child will be discussed on every visit including any concerns you may have. Together we will improve the quality of life for your child at home and in the community, identifying areas of need and also areas of strength!

Growing up in a multi-cultural family, with a father from Venezuela, I have a profound appreciation for families of diverse cultures! I strive to create a relationship where families feel comfortable and never judged! Thanks for taking the extra step to allow your child the best start possible and allowing me to be a part of it!
